The 8th China Shanghai international furniture exhibition which is held from 2nd to 4th. June has successfully concluded.

There are total of 332 exhibitors in this exhibition and among them, more than 40 foreign companies in it. They come from the 10 different countries. For example, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea etc. Exhibition received 38,000 Professional buyers, among them, nearly 4,000 overseas buyers.

In this period, the media which included more than 10 foreign media, more than 20 domestic mainstream media and more than 40 professional media from U.S., South Korea, Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Dubai, Wen Hei News, New People's Daily, Liberation Daily, Sina.com, SouFun and "Furniture", "Asia-Pacific Furniture News", "discovered resources", "furniture mainstream", "Dongguan Furniture" etc. came to cover.

According to organizers, the exhibitors genarally are very satisfied about the event. 62.5% of the participating companies decided to participate in the next edition of the fair in 9th June 2011. This indicates that most enterprises are optimistic about the situation and confidence in themselves. Among show visitors, 76% of the domestic buyers have found the visit to be a fruitful one and said they would visit the Furniture Shanghai Fair again in 2011, and 71.5% of overseas buyers share the same opinion too.

Most of the exhibitors and visitors stressed that they participate this fair every year. Frequent show visitors indicated that the visitor flow has been much better than previous year. Results from survey of the show in 3 days of the fair has exceeded organizer's expectations. "We recognize that is a more successful show, meanwhile, you can find that (the industry) is making less and less impact on the environment. Recovery of world economy is also evident." With the success of the show ended, exhibitors witheld unprecedented hopes to the next year.
